Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) Proposes 13.16% Dividend

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has proposed 13.16% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The bank has decided to distribute 12.50% in bonus share and 0.66% in cash dividend for taxation purpose. Siddhartha Bank (SBL) has announced dividend from the total paid up capital of Rs 12.52 billion which is equivalent to Rs 1.64 billion.

Amount allocated for 12.50% bonus share and 0.66% cash dividend is equivalent to Rs 1.56 billion and Rs 8.23 crores respectively. The proposed dividend of Siddhartha Bank will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
