Shree Investment & Finance Company Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has proposed 7.60% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The finance company has proposed 2.40% in bonus share and 5.20% in cash dividend to its shareholders. The amount allocated for dividend purpose by Shree Investment & Finance Company is equivalent to Rs 7.28 crores.

The proposed dividend of 7.60% by SIFC will only be distributed to the shareholders after the approval by Central Bank of Nepal and upcoming AGM of the company.
