Elon Musk Makes An Offer to Buy Twitter
Elon Musk offers to buy Twitter for $43 Billion. He proposed that he is willing to pay $54.20 per share in cash saying that the company has extraordinary potential and he is the person to unlock it.
Elon Musk recently revealed that he owns more than 9 % stake in social media company twitter. Recently at Ted Talks, when he was asked why make that offer, he said there would be an inclusive arena for free speech. People should be able to speak freely within what bounds the law. He also says “Having a public platform that is maximally trusted and broadly inclusive is extremely important to the future of civilization,” he said Thursday. “I don’t care about economics at all.”
Twitter officials have said that they are evaluating tech billionaire Elon Musk’s offer to buy twitter and will respond respecting every shareholders’ interest.
