Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) announces 11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for 2023, FY 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on 4 Feb, 2024 has proposed to distribute cash dividend to its investors for last fiscal year. The amount allocated for dividend purpose by Siddhartha Premier Insurance is equivalent to Rs. 30.87 crores.
The dividend payout proposed by Siddhartha Premier Insurance (SPIL) for 2023 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Insurance Authority, and the company’s upcoming AGM.
