The board of directors, in its 449th meeting held on Ashad 08, decided to distribute an 18% bonus share along with a 0.9474% cash dividend specifically for tax purposes.
With a current paid-up capital of NPR 1.44 Arba, this dividend reflects the company’s commitment to providing value to its investors. However, the distribution of these dividends is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and final endorsement at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
