The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Bandipur Cable Car IPO proposal, allowing the company to move forward with its public offering. The approval was granted on 19th Ashadh, 2082.
According to the approved plan, Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd. will issue a total of 5,860,000 shares to the general public. This represents 20.7067% of the company’s total issued capital. The shares will be offered at a par value of Rs. 100 per share.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the Bandipur Cable Car IPO.
The project is designed to support local tourism by providing easier access to Bandipur and accommodation for visitors.
