Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) has announced dividend from its net profit for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 21.05% dividend to its shareholders which is equivalent to Rs 43.57 lakh.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 1st February, 2023 has proposed to distribute 20% in bonus share and 1.05% in cash dividend to its investors. The announced dividend for FY 2078/79 will only be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and Upcoming AGM of the company.
