Akama Hotel Limited to Issue IPO to General Public at Rs. 50
Akama Hotel Limited has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 26 February , 2024 with a a proposal to issue an IPO to the general public and to increase the authorized capital, issued capital, and paid-up capital of the company. Similarly, a proposal to divide the existing face value of Rs 100 into Rs 50 share capital will also be submitted at the SGM.
Akama Hotel Private Limited, established in 2014 which was converted into a public limited company in 2022, is developing a 4-star deluxe hotel named Hotel Akama in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. This hotel is built by Sanima Group and NRNs have also made some investment in the hotel. After completion, this hotel will be operated under the name of the world famous brand ‘Ramada by Wyndham’.
