Century Commercial Bank Proposes 5% Dividend

Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) proposes 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The Bank has proposed 4.75% in bonus shares and 0.25% in cash dividend.
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM & Nepal Rastra Bank.

Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) has proposed 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. This is one of the lowest dividend, the bank has distributed within the last nine fiscal years. The dividend amount proposed by Century Commercial Bank is equivalent to 47.76 crores and includes both bonus shares and cash dividend. Book closure date for bank’s dividend is yet to be announced.
