Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has proposed 5.26% Dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The commercial bank has proposed 5% in bonus share and 0.26% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Dec 20, 2022 has decided to distribute 5.26% dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 9.7 billion. The amount allocated by Civil Bank for dividend purpose including bonus share and cash dividend is equivalent to Rs 47.75 crores.

The proposed dividend by Civil Bank limited (CBL) will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
