Dish Media Network Limited has submitted an application to issue IPO to Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). The company plans to issue 13,584,955 unit shares to the general public at Rs 100 per share. Application to issue IPO was submitted by Dish Home on 27 June, 2023.
Dish Media Network has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager for issuing shares. The company plans to raise Rs. 135.84 crores through its initial public offering. After the issuance of its shares, Dish Media Network will be listed on Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Earlier, the company had submitted an application to issue 23,85,929 shares which now has been updated to 13,584,955 unit shares. The Managing Director of Dish Home, Sudip Acharya, mentioned they had to get extra funds because they expanded their business to internet services.
Dish Media Network Limited, operating as “Dish Home,” is a rapidly advancing company in Nepal’s broadcast and internet service industry.
