Dolti Power Company Limited (DOLTI) has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Shrawan 22, 2082 to propose the issuance of 100% right shares to its existing shareholders. The meeting will take place at Kaajiko Kitchen, Purano Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.
The company plans to issue 5,364,860 right shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share, totaling Rs. 53.64 crore. This move aims to strengthen the company’s capital base by raising additional funds from existing shareholders.
Dolti Power Company was incorporated on April 7, 2013, and converted into a public limited company on July 15, 2021. It operates the 4.5-MW Padam Khola run-of-river hydroelectric project in Dailekh district, Karnali Province. The project began commercial operations on December 24, 2019, and was developed at a cost of approximately NPR 1,101 million, funded through a 66:34 debt-to-equity ratio.
