Forward Microfinance Laghubitta (FOWAD) Announces 30% Dividend

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta (FOWAD) has announced 30% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 25% in bonus share and 5% in cash dividend. FOWAD has proposed 30% dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 84.44 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79 which is equivalent to Rs 25.33 crores.

The proposed dividend of 30 percent by Forward Microfinance Laghubitta (FOWAD) will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by SEBON.
