Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has announced 19.11% Dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The commercial Bank has proposed to distribute 8% in bonus share and 11.11% in cash dividend (incl tax).The dividend announced by Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) will be distributed to the investors only after the approval by central bank of Nepal and upcoming AGM of the company.

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) had distributed 26% dividend in the fiscal year 2077/78 which included 21.38% in bonus share and 4.62% in cash dividend.
