Himalayan Everest Insurance (HEI) Announces Dividend for FY 2079/80

Himalayan Everest Insurance (HEI) announces 15 percent dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The insurance company has proposed to distribute 8.63% dividend in bonus share and 6.37% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 10 January, 2024 has allocated amount equivalent to 34.52 crore for dividend purpose. The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM and approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
