Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL) Announces Dividend
Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL) has proposed to distribute 4.21 percent dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. HRL has announced 4 percent bonus share and 0.21 percent cash dividend.
The meeting of the board of directors held on 8 Feb, 2024 has decided to allocate 42.10 crores to distribute dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after the approval by company’s AGM and the central bank.
Himalayan Reinsurance had recently issued IPO to general public at premium price and was listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on 7 Jan, 2024.
