ICFC Finance Company Limited Proposes 10% Dividend

• ICFC Finance Company Limited (ICFC) proposes 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
• The finance company has proposed 5% in bonus shares and 5% in cash dividend(incl tax).
• The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM & Central Bank.

ICFC Finance Company Limited has proposed 10% dividend equivalent to Rs 11.26 crores of the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.12 Billion for the fiscal year 2078/79. The proposed dividend will be distributed to its shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM and Central Bank of Nepal.
