Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited (JOSHI) has announced the issuance of 65% right shares, offering 2,414,100 units to its existing shareholders. The right share subscription will open from 15th Shrawan to 4th Bhadra, 2082, as per the official offer letter released by the company.

Eligibility and Book Closure

The company had set the book closure date as 8th Ashadh, 2082, meaning shareholders who held shares on or before 7th Ashadh are eligible to apply for the rights offering.
