NASDAQ Stock Exchange is a New York based stock exchange founded in 1971. This stock exchange has made it to the second largest within a short span of time. Big tech companies like Meta and Microsoft are listed in NASDAQ. More than 3300 companies are listed in this stock exchange. Stocks can be traded in NASADQ from 9:30 AM–4:00 PM (normal trading session) along with two other sessions – premarket and post market. Pre-market trading hours are 4:00 am to 9:30 am and Post-market trading hours are 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
3. Shanghai Stock Exchange

Shanghai Stock Exchange is a Shanghai based stock exchange founded in 1891 and re-established in 26 November 1990. More than 2000 companies are listed in this stock exchange and is currently the largest stock exchange of China and Asia. Stocks in this exchange can be traded from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm China Standard Time ( Monday to Friday ). According to their official website, It has two different shares types – A and B, Shares “A” are traded in the Chinese Yuan currency while Shares “B” trades in US Dollars.

Euronext Stock Exchange is known as the first stock exchange of the world operating in multiple countries like Portugal, Belgium, France, and Ireland. Euronext is headquartered in Amsterdam but it also operates markets in Paris, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, and Oslo. Close to 2000 companies are listed in this stock exchange
5. Japan Stock Exchange
Market Cap; $5.29 trillion
Japan Exchange Group was formed by the merger of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Osaka Securities Exchange on January 1, 2013. As of now more than 1837 companies are listed on this stock exchange. Companies like SONY, TOYOTA are listed on this exchange.
