Laxmi Bank Announces No Dividend for FY 2078/79

Laxmi Bank (LBL) has proposed not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2078/79. The bank will retain all its profit from the previous fiscal year. Laxmi Bank had posted a net profit of Rs 1.60 billion in the fiscal year 2078/79 and had a dividend capacity of 10.86%.

Laxmi Bank had distributed 11.5% dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2077/78. The proposal of Laxmi Bank is yet to be approved by Central Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
