Machhapuchchhre Bank (MBL) Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has proposed not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2078/79. The commercial bank won’t be distributing neither bonus share nor cash dividend for the previous year.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Dec 16, 2022 has decided to retain all the distributable profits from the fiscal year 2078/79. The company has forwarded the proposal to the central bank of Nepal for approval.
