Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) has proposed 10.47% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 4% in bonus share and 6.47% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Dec 16, 2022 has decided to distribute 10.47% dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2078/79. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by SEBON.
