Miteri Development Bank Limited Proposes 13% Dividend

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) proposes 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The Company has proposed 12.35% in bonus shares and 0.65% in cash dividend (including tax).
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of the company only after the approval by upcoming AGM & Central Bank.

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has proposed 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of director held on 19th Mangsir has proposed dividend for the shareholders from the paid up capital of Rs 90.34 crores. The proposed dividend of Miteri development bank is equivalent to Rs 11.74 crores which will be distributed to shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM.
