Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has proposed 14.2105% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 13.5% in bonus share and 0.7105% in cash dividend (incl tax).

The meeting of the board of director held on Dec 16, 2022 has decided to distribute 14.2105 percent dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 5.65 Billion. The divdend proposed by Muktinath Bikas Bank will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
