Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) announces 10.526% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 10% in bonus share and 0.526% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 1st February, 2022 has decided to distribute 10.526% dividend from its distributable profit of fiscal year 2078/79. The amount allocated for 10.526% dividend is equivalent to 5.11 crores NPR.

The proposed dividend by Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
