National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Announces Dividend for 2023, FY 2079/80
National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) announces 15 percent dividend to its shareholders for 2023. The meeting of the board of directors held on 5 Feb, 2024 has proposed to distribute 15 percent ( 7.5% bonus share and 7.5% cash dividend) to its investors for last fiscal year 2079/80.
The amount allocated by National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS) for 15 percent dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs. 16.26 crores. The dividend payout proposed by NMFBS for 2023 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), and the company’s upcoming AGM.
