No Dividend: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB)
Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has announced that, No Dividend will be distributed to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The decision to not to distribute returns for year 2023 was made by board of directors of NIMB Bank on 2nd Feb, 2024.
The proposals made by Nepal Investment Mega Bank for not distributing dividend is yet to approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
