NMB Bank Limited Proposes 8.25% Cash Dividend for 2078/79

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has proposed 8.25% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The commercial bank has proposed 0% in bonus share and 8.25% in cash dividend (including tax).
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM & Central Bank.

The meeting of the board of director held on 19th Mangsir has proposed cash dividend for the shareholders from the paid up capital of Rs 18.36 billion. The proposed cash dividend of NMB Bank is equivalent to Rs 1.51 billion which will be distributed to shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM.
