Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has proposed 4.21% Dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The finance company has proposed 4% in bonus share and 0.21% in cash dividend (incltax).

Pokhara Finance has proposed 4.21% dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 1.04 billion which is equivalent to Rs 4.37 crores. Th dividend proposed by meeting of the board of directors of company will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
