Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) Announces Dividend, FY 2079/80
Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) has announced 5 percent dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The insurance company has announced 4.75 percent dividend in bonus share and 0.25 percent in cash dividend for tax purpose.
The meeting of the board of directors held on 3 March, 2024 in Kathmandu has decided to distributed dividend equivalent to Rs. 6.87 crores. The proposed dividend will be distributed to its shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Insurance Authority and upcoming AGM of the company.
The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 1.37 billion. Prabhu Insurance had posted a net profit of Rs. 24.15 crores for FY 2079/80 for which it has announced 5 percent returns to shareholders.
