Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (RNLI) Announces Dividend for FY 2079/80
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (RNLI) has announced its first-ever dividend to its shareholders. The life insurance company traded as RNLI in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has announced 16.84 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (RNLI) has proposed to distribute 16 percent dividend in bonus share and 0.84 percent in cash dividend for tax purpose. The amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 67.36 crore. The dividend proposed will be distributed to its shareholders only after the approval by the company’s upcoming AGM and Nepal Insurance Authority.
