Ridi Power Company Issuing Right Shares From Today
Ridi Power Company is issuing Right Share to its shareholders from today, 1 March 2024. The hydropower company is issuing right shares in the ratio 2:1 at Rs. 100 per share. Ridi Power Company will issue 7,744,506 unit shares to raise Rs. 77.44 crores to invest in the Tallo Balephi hydropower project of Sajha Power Development Company.
Ridi Power Company has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager of its right shares. Last day to apply for the right shares of Ridi Power Company is 21 March, 2024. Shareholders maintained before the book closure date which was on 5 February can apply for the offering.
