RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Proposes 27.3684% Dividend

RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) has proposed 27.3684% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. RMDC – the microfinance company has proposed 26% in bonus share and 1.3684% in cash dividend (including tax) from the paid up capital of Rs 1.24 billion. Amount attributed for bonus share is equivalent to Rs 32.26 crores and amount attributed for cash dividend is equal to Rs 1.69 crores.

The proposed dividend of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM.
