Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Announces Dividend, FY 2079/80
Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has announced 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The amount allocated for dividend purpose by Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance is equivalent to Rs. 13.11 crores.
The meeting of the board of directors held on 26 February, 2024 has decided to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of previous fiscal year. The current paid up capital of the company stands at Rs. 2.62 billion. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Insurance Authority and upcoming AGM of the company.
As of 26 February, 2024, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance share price is trading at Rs. 658 per share.
