Salt Trading Corporation Ltd. (STC) has announced 15.79% dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company has proposed 15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The dividend announcement was made on 10 January, 2024 after the meeting of board of directors was held. The amount allocated for tax purpose for bonus share is equivalent to NPR 22,00,397.
