SEBON Approves 80% Right Share Issue of City Hotel Limited
City Hotel Limited (CITY) has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 80% right shares to its existing shareholders on 20th July, 2025.
The company plans to issue 13,392,000 units of right shares in a 1:0.80 ratio, equivalent to 80% of its current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.67 Arba. With this issuance, City Hotel’s paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 3.01 Arba.
The proposal, initially submitted to SEBON on Jestha 20, 2082, has now been officially approved. The funds raised from the right shares are expected to support the company’s expansion and financial strengthening efforts.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this offering.
