Shangri-la Development Bank Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd. announces 8.983% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The development bank has announced 8.534% dividend in bonus share and 0.449% in cash dividend (incl tax).

The meeting of the board of directors held on 9 February 2023 has proposed to distribute 8.983% dividend to its shareholders from the paid up capital of Rs 3.01 billion. The amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 27.04 crores. The proposed dividend of Shangri-la Development Bank for FY 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
