Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) has announced that the company won’t be distributing any dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on 18 Feb, 2024 decided to not to share returns with its investors.
The proposal made by board of directors of Shikhar Insurance Company regarding dividend payout for 2023 is yet to be approved by the company’s Upcoming AGM and Nepal Insurance Authority.
