Shiva Shree Hydropower’s 100% Right Share Issue Approved by SEBON
Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 100% right shares to its shareholders on 20th July, 2025.
As per the latest update on SEBON’s official pipeline, the regulatory body has granted the green light for SSHL’s plan to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1, meaning shareholders will be eligible to receive one additional share for every share they currently hold. The proposal was initially passed during the board meeting held on 14th Baisakh, 2080.
