SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company announces No Dividend to its shareholders for FY 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on 22 February, 2024 has decided to send the financial statement along with the proposal not to distribute return for FY 2079/80 to the Nepal Insurance Authority for approval
According to the company, the profit amount of the previous fiscal year will be kept in the reserve fund and has has decided to adjust all assets and liabilities including capital, reserve, investment amount, life insurance funds. SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company was formed as a result of merger between Surya Life Insurance Company and Jyoti Life Insurance Company and won’t distribute any dividend for 2023.
