United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has called its 14th AGM on 29 February , 2024 to endorse its recently announced dividend. The total amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 2.43 crores and 16th February, 2024 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before 16 Feb are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend the company’s AGM.
