United Idi Mardi and R.B. Hydropower (UMRH) announces 5.789% dividend for 2023, FY (2079/80). UMRH has proposed 5.50 percent bonus shares and 0.289 percent cash dividend (incl tax) which will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by company’s upcoming AGM
United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has called its 14th AGM on 29 February , 2024 to endorse its recently announced dividend. The total amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 2.43 crores and 16th February, 2024 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before 16 Feb are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend the company’s AGM.
