Yambaling Hydropower Limited has proposed its plan to issue IPO to project affected locals and general public. So, the company has submitted an application to Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) asking for permission to issue its initial public offering. If its application gets approved, Yambaling Hydropower will issue 2,800,000 units IPO Shares at Rs. 100 per share.
Yambaling Hydropower has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager for its IPO. It will issue its public offering in two phases: initially the shares will be issued to project affected locals and Nepalese Working Abroad and afterwards in second phase shares will be issued to general public.
Yambaling Hydropower is a public limited company which is developing a Yambling Khola Hydropower Project, having an installed capacity of 7.27 MW. The project is loacted at Sindhupalchowk district of Nepal and is a run of river type project.
Major promoters of this project are money plant investment private limited, and other individual investors. The company was established as a private limited company in 2007 and later on was transformed to public limited company.
