Shikhar Insurance Company Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Shikhar Insurance Company (SICL) has proposed 16.08421% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The insurance company has proposed 16% in bonus shares and 0.8421% in cash dividend (incl tax).

The current paid up capital of Shikhar Insurance stands at Rs 2.28 Billion. And the amount allocated for dividend purpose by Shikhar Insurance Company is equivalent to Rs 38.49 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 16.08421% dividend proposed by Shikhar Insurance Company (SICL) will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM of the company and Beema Samiti.
