Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) Announces Dividend for FY 2078

Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) has proposed 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The hydropower company won’t be distributing any bonus shares this year.

Mandakini Hydropower was listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Aug 16, 2022. And within the first six months of listing, the meeting of the board of directors of company held on Dec 15 has announced to distribute 5% cash dividend from the paid up capital of the company.

The cash dividend proposed by Mandakini Hydropower for FY 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM of the company.
