Global IME Bank Proposes Dividend for FY 2078/79

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) Proposes 13.6% Dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The 410th meeting of the Board of Directors of Global IME Bank held on 06th Karthik 2079 at 04.15 PM has decided to propose the dividend of 13.6% for its investors.

The dividend capacity of Global IME Bank (GBIME) for fiscal year 2078/79 was 13.44%.The bank has proposed 13.6% dividend, Out of which 3% is bonus share and 10.6% is cash dividend ( including tax for bonus share and cash dividend ).

The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and upcoming Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank.
