Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Proposes Dividend for FY 2078/79
Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) Proposes 16.51% Cash Dividend (including tax) for fiscal year 2078/79. The 433rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal held on 31st October 2022 at 10.00 AM has decided to propose the dividend of 16.51% for its investors.
The dividend capacity of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for fiscal year 2078/79 was 16.90%.Out of which the bank has proposed 16.51% cash dividend, Bonus Share is not included in the proposed dividend of Standard Chartered Bank.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and upcoming Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank.
