Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79
Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha announces 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 15% in bonus share and 0.7895% in cash dividend.
The meeting of the board of directors held on 12 February, 2023 has decided to propose 15.7895% dividend to its shareholders. The current paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 15.79 crores and amount allocated for dividend is equivalent to Rs 2.33 crores.
The proposed dividend by Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta for FY 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the bank.
