Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79
Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd has announced 7.3684% dividend equivalent to Rs. 3.47 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 7 percent bonus share and 0.3684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting of the board of directors of Kisan Laghubitta held on 21 February, 2022 has decided to propose 7.3684 percent dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 47.13 Crores. The dividend proposed by Kisan Laghubitta will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and Upcoming AGM of the company.
