Ngadi Group Power Ltd. to issue Right Shares from Shrawan 18, 2079

Ngadi Group Power Ltd. has issued an offer letter to issue right share in the ratio 1:1.5 to its shareholders from Shrawan 18, 2079. Shareholders maintained before Ashad 20, 2079 ( Book Closure Date ) can apply for the right shares. The company will issue a total of 1,06,03,986 shares to its eligible shareholders at par value of Rs. 100.

Securities Board of Nepal had approved the proposal of Ngadi Group Power Ltd. to issue right shares on Ashad 9, 2079. Investors can apply for the right shares from Shrawan 18 to Bhadra 07, 2079. Care Ratings Nepal Ltd. has provided the rating of “CARE-NP BB+(Is) to the company. This indicates moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

The company had endorsed a dividend of 21.05 % for the fiscal year 2077/78 which includes 20 % bonus shares and 1.05 % cash dividend. It has invested in hydropower projects like River Falls Power, Barun Hydropower and some others.

After raising funds by issuing right shares, the company plans to invest in research and development.
