Panchthar Power Company (PPCL) Proposes 7% Dividend

Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) has proposed 7% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The hydropower company has proposed 7% in cash dividend including tax with no bonus share. The meeting of the board of director held on 22 Mangsir, has decided to distribute cash dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 96.25 crores. Amount proposed for dividend of Panchthar Power Company is equivalent to Rs 6.73 crores.

The proposed cash dividend for the shareholders of Panchthar Power Company (PPCL) will be distributed only after the approval by upcoming AGM of the company.
